Golf Hole Sponsorship Contract

As we continue to grow as an association, please know that our partnerships with our sponsors are vital to the success of our organization. You are truly appreciated.

The Por La Gente Golf Outing will be held on Sat. July 17, 2010 at the South Hills Country Club, 3047 E. Frontage Rd. Franksville, WI 53126. Shot gun start at 8:00 am, scramble format. The cost is $90 per golfer. This includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, door prizes following the golf event, buffet to be held at Los Mariachi's located at 5821 Washington Ave (HWY 20) Racine WI 53406.

Sponsorship cost is $100.00 Submission and Payment deadline is Friday, July 9, 2010.
The advertisement will state the name and description of your business.
